On the day of check-in, guests must open the confirmation email directly and present it to the staff for booking verification. Showing a screenshot of the email is not allowed, in order to prevent fraud or scams by impostor groups.

Snorkeling Spots: Around the islands in the Samaesarn Bay area.
The captain will select suitable snorkeling spots and islands to visit, with stops at approximately 1–3 islands, depending on the weather and sea conditions on the travel date.

- This trip does not include landing on Koh Kham or Koh Samaesarn
- Children aged 6 years and under stay free
- Extra bedding includes a floor mattress topper, pillow, blanket, towel, and breakfast
- Thai national ID card is required for check-in, and the guest name must match the booking name

Failure to notify will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided
- A key and damage deposit of 500 THB is required at check-in.

Accommodation policies and conditions
- Guests must present a Thai national ID card for check-in only. The name used for check-in must match the name on the reservation.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. If guests arrive later than 7:30 PM, they must inform the admin at 082-365-6429 in advance, as the office will be closed. If no prior notice is given, it will be considered a no-show and the accommodation fee will not be refunded.
- A security deposit of 500 THB is required at check-in for the room key and potential damages. If any items are damaged, guests will be charged according to the actual cost.
- One child under 6 years old can stay with parents free of charge (no extra bedding provided). A second child will be charged an extra bedding fee of 300 THB.
- Staying beyond the number of guests stated in the reservation is not allowed.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted.
- Squid fishing rod rental is available at 100 THB, with a 100 THB deposit. Any damage will be charged at actual cost (please request upon arrival).
- Barbecue equipment rental is available at 200 THB per set (please request upon arrival), or tableware without a grill at 100 THB per set (for 6–8 persons per set). Meals must be taken only at the seaside tables provided.
- The use of electrical appliances or gas stoves for cooking is strictly prohibited.
- Fresh seafood is not allowed to be stored in the room refrigerator; guests may ask the resort to store it instead.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. A fine of 1,000 THB will be charged for violations.
- The accommodation does not have a kitchen or an on-site restaurant. However, external vendors may come to set up stalls to serve guests. These vendors are not operated by Baan Mae Bangorn.
- The booking can be rescheduled once, and notice must be given at least 7 days before the original booking date. If notification is given less than 7 days before the booked date, changes or rescheduling will not be allowed under any circumstances.
- The accommodation can be rescheduled within 3 months from the original check-in date.
- In case of cancellation, the company reserves the right to not provide any refund.
- Exception applies only in the case of storms or monsoon conditions where the captain determines it is unsafe to operate and the boat cannot depart; in this case, the full trip fee will be refunded.
