Cancellation Policy
- In case of postponing the date for more than 24 hours, there is no additional charge.
- In case of postponing the date before 02:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional charge of 300 baht/person.
- In case of postponing the date after 02:00 p.m. of that day or not arriving at Boarding up time (no identity), there is a charge of 100% in any case.
- No Show: No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
