Before you book

- Please book your trip at least 12 hours before departure.
- Passengers must check in at least 60 minutes prior to departure. Late check-in or missed boats will result in no refund.
- Passengers are allowed to bring up to 20 kg of luggage each. Excess baggage fee is 20 THB per kilogram.

Check-in / Check-out Policy
- Check-in time: From 2:00 P.M. / Check-out time: By 12:00 P.M.
- Early check-in or late check-out is allowed free of charge for up to 1 hour (subject to room availability).
- Beyond 1 hour, a fee of 300 THB per hour applies (maximum 3 hours).
- Self check-in is available via QR Code.
- Flexible check-in arrangements can be requested for group stays.

Cancellation policy

- Rescheduling is allowed once without any fee.
- Customers must notify at least 7 days before the original check-in date to request a date change. The booking will be held for up to 30 days from the original check-in date.
- If the new room rate is higher than the original booking, customers must pay the difference.
- If the new room rate is lower, no refund will be issued. The difference will be considered a rescheduling fee.
- Customers must choose a new stay date subject to room availability only.
- If the new stay date is not confirmed within 30 days, the booking will be considered cancelled and non-refundable.
- No refund will be given for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of check-in.
