Cancellation Policy
- Cannot be cancelled in any case.
- In case of postponing the date after 04:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional charge of 200 baht/person.
- Postpone 1 day in advance or before 04:00 p.m. of that day, there is no additional charge.
- No Show / Unable to Contact / Cancle after 04:00 p.m. of that day, there is a charge of 100% in any case.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Free parking for 4 hours, stamp the parking card at the registration counter
- In case you forget to stamp the parking card, shopping at Asiatique The Riverfront for free 2 hours.
- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone
