1. Open daily.
2. Each visit to the sanctuary lasts approximately 45 minutes, including a guided explanation by a tour guide. After the guided session, visitors may take photos and explore the area freely.
3. Guided services are available in 4 languages: Thai, Chinese, English, and Russian.
