Cancellation Policy
- In case of postponing the date after 04:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional charge of 200 baht/person.
- Cancel / Postpone 1 day in advance or before 04:00 p.m. of that day, there is no additional charge.
- No Show / Unable to Contact, there is a charge of 100% in any case.

Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
