Cancellation Policy
- Cannot be cancelled in any case.
- Can be postponed 1 time before that day, there is no additional charge.
- In case of postponing the date, please notify before 12:00 p.m. of that day
- In case of postponing the date after 12:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional charge of 200 baht/person.
- No Show: No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
- Programs and Menus may be changed as appropriate.
- Free parking for 3 hours, stamp the parking card at the cruise's exit door.
- Cannot be cancelled in any case.
- Food does not contain pork (No Halal food certification).
- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone
