Additional Information
- Booking must be made at least 7 days in advance. All bookings are non-refundable in any case.
- Departure time can be adjusted as appropriate.
- Entrance fee to Ocean Marina Yacht Club Pattaya:
- THB 80 per person
- THB 160 per person after 7:00 PM
- Optional activities and meals are not included (additional charges apply).

Cancellation Policy Due to Severe Weather
- If the Meteorological Department officially announces severe weather conditions and boats are prohibited from departing, a 100% refund of the deposit will be issued via the original payment method.
- In case of general rain (not heavy rain or isolated storms), the yacht can operate as usual. However, the company reserves the right to cancel the trip and provide a 100% refund.

- A 50% refund (calculated from the full payment) will be granted if cancellation is made 14–7 days prior to the travel date.

Emergency Postponement
- The trip may be postponed once, provided that notice is given at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
- Small pets are welcome (small breeds only – please inquire for more details).
