Travel to Koh Phangan in a relaxed way with a seamless bus and speed catamaran service from Bangkok to Koh Phangan.
Please check-in at the Lomprayah counter to receive your ticket before traveling.
1. For changes or amendments to the trip, “Passengers” must inform “Lomprayah” in advance at least 2 days before the travel date or time. The new travel date and time must not exceed 90 days from the original travel date.
2. Cannot be canceled or refunded.
3. Passengers must arrive at the “Lomprayah” office at least 60 minutes before the travel time to confirm the trip.
4. Passengers can bring pets on the boat, limited to 1 pet per 1 cage only, with the pet freight fee paid.
5. Passengers can carry up to 2 personal baggages on the car and/or boat, 1 baggage not exceeding 30 kg. and 1 carry-on baggage not exceeding 10 kg. (The size of the suitcase must not exceed 119 x 119 x 81 cm. The size of the carry-on baggage must not exceed 56 x 36 x 23 cm.) If you wish to carry other baggage, you must pay the baggage freight fee.

Tickets can be rescheduled (date/time) but are non-refundable under all circumstances.
One-time change is allowed free of charge if requested at least 48 hours prior to the travel date.
Any subsequent changes will incur a 30% fee per change,
and the new travel date must be within 90 days from the original travel date.
Lomprayah Co., Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
