Terms and Conditions for Ticket Booking Jurassic World: The Experience

- Admission is permitted according to the type of ticket you hold.
- Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
- Operating hours of the experience may change without prior notice. It is recommended to check with staff before making a booking.
- Please take care of your personal safety and belongings at all times. To the extent permitted by law, the seller, organizers, officers, and staff shall not be responsible for any damage, injury, illness, loss, expenses, and/or costs that may be incurred or arise from participating in the experience and/or the use of the ticket.
- The areas inside and surrounding the event venue are monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes.
- You consent to being photographed or recorded, and to the use of photographs, videos, and/or other recordings of you by the event organizer or its assignees for marketing and public relations purposes.
- The experience promoter reserves the right to remove any visitor who behaves inappropriately or causes disturbance from the venue.
- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited within the experience venue.

Prohibited Items : The following items are not permitted inside the event:
- Items that may pose a risk to visitors or dinosaurs, such as long sticks, knives, selfie sticks, tripods, etc.
- Smoking or e-cigarettes
- Pets
- Food or beverages (except drinking water for children)

Health Warning
- This activity includes flashing lights, fog, loud sounds, and realistic moving animatronic dinosaurs, which may not be suitable for individuals with medical conditions such as epilepsy or heart problems. Please use discretion when participating.
- Visitors under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any intoxicating substances are not permitted to enter the venue.
- Do not touch any dinosaurs unless instructed by staff. Dinosaurs in the exhibition are mechanical devices that may cause injury. Visitors will have a special opportunity to touch and interact with baby dinosaurs under staff supervision.
- All staff will communicate in English or Thai only.
- The experience promoter reserves the right to amend or add to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please refer to the Jurassic World: The Experience – Bangkok website for updates.
- Age will be calculated on the date of visit. Each visitor must present a national ID card (for Thai citizens) or a passport (for foreign visitors).

How to Get There
- BTS Skytrain: Get off at Saphan Taksin Station (Silom Line), Exit 2. Walk to the pier and take the free shuttle boat to Asiatique The Riverfront Destination (available daily in the evening).
- Public Bus: Bus routes 1, 51, 75, and 504 pass along Charoen Krung Road near Asiatique The Riverfront Destination.
- Taxi or Private Car: Search for “Asiatique The Riverfront Destination” on navigation or ride-hailing apps.
