Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or no-shows : No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
- Rescheduling : Notify before 12:00 PM - no service fee
- Rescheduling : Notify after 2:00 PM - a fee of 300 THB per person will apply
- Late arrival at the pier will be considered a No Show, and no refunds will be issued.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone
