Cancellation Policy
- Cannot be cancelled in any case.
- In case of postponing the date after 12:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional no additional charge
- Postponement notice after 12.00 noon of the cruise day, a postponement fee of 200 baht per person
- No Show there is a charge of 100% in any case.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
