Cancellation Policy
- In case of postponing the date for more than 24 hours, there is no additional charge.
- In case of postponing the date before 02:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional charge of 200 baht/person.
- In case of postponing the date after 02:00 p.m. of that day, there is a charge of 100%.
- No Show: No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
- Sailing time may be changed according to the policies and announcements from the government, ports and shopping malls.
- Food does not contain pork.

- After checking in, take the cruise ticket and the parking card to stamp the parking at the information counter of ICONSIAM for 4 hours free parking.
- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone

How to get to ICONSIAM by BTS Skytrain :
- Take the BTS Skytrain (Silom Line) to Krung Thon Buri Station Exit 3, then tranfer to BTS Skytrain (Gold Line) to Charoen Nakhon Station to ICONSIAM.
- Take the BTS Skytrain (Silom Line) to Saphan Taksin Station Exit 2, then walk to Sathorn Pier to take a ferry to ICONSIAM Pier.

- Stamp the parking card at the information counter of ICONSIAM, SOOKSIAM Zone on G floor, M floor, in front of ZARA store on 1st floor for free more 2 hours.
