Cancellation Policy
- In case of postponing the date for more than 24 hours, there is no additional charge.
- In case of postponing the date before 03:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional charge of 200 baht/person.
- In case of postponing the date after 03:00 p.m. of that day, there is a charge of 100%.
- No Show: No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- After checking in, take the cruise ticket and the parking card to stamp the parking at the information counter of ICONSIAM for 4 hours free parking.
- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone
