Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone.

- Cancel / Postpone 1 day in advance or before 04:00 p.m. of that day, there is no additional charge.
- No Show / Unable to Contact / Cancle, there is a charge of 100% in any case.
