Cancellation Policy
- In case of postponing the date for more than 24 hours, there is no additional charge.
- In case of postponing the date before 02:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional charge of 300 baht/person.
- In case of postponing the date after 02:00 p.m. of that day or not arriving at Boarding up time (no identity), there is a charge of 100% in any case.
- No Show: No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Free parking for 4 hours, stamp the parking card at the registration counter
- In case you forget to stamp the parking card, shopping at Asiatique The Riverfront for free 2 hours
- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone
