Notes : Postponing the Date of Use
1. In case of postponing the date for more than 24 hours, there is no additional charge.
2. In case of postponing the date before 02:00 p.m. of that day, there is an additional charge of 300 baht/person.
3. In case of postponing the date after 02:00 p.m. of that day or not arriving at Boarding time (no identity), there is a charge of 100% in any case.
4. No Show: No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
