- No-show or same-day cancellation will be charged 100% of the total price.
- To cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 7 days before the cruise date.
- Same-day reschedule will incur a fee of 200 THB per person.

- One booking holder can check in on behalf of the entire group.
- Please present your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to exchange for cruise tickets or wristbands before boarding.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone
