Provide your Name at the Check-In point and Show the Confirmation document.
- Not visiting Koh Kham and Koh Juang.
- Snorkeling trip for 1–6 persons. The 7th person onward: additional 990 THB per person. Children under 6 years old: 300 THB.
- Charges apply to all passengers boarding the boat (both children and adults).
- Maximum capacity: 18 persons per boat.

One boat can accommodate a maximum of 18 persons.
- In the event that a snorkeling trip has been booked and the customer wishes to reschedule or cancel, rescheduling is allowed only once and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original service date.
- If the rescheduling request does not meet these conditions, the company reserves the right to refuse the reschedule or cancellation. If the customer does not show up on the reserved date, the resort will not refund the deposit under any circumstances. The only exception is if we cancel the trip due to safety concerns as assessed by the captain.
