Postponing the Date of Use

1. In the event of postponement more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge.

2. In the event of postponement before 12:00 pm, an additional amendment fee of 300 baht per person will apply.

3. In the event of postponement after 12:00 pm, cancellations, and no-shows, a 100%
charge will be applied.

Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.

Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
