1. Hillside Room: 1,500 THB per night

2. Top View Room: 2,000 THB per night

- Two 6-foot beds (double bed)
3. Pool View Room: 2,500 THB per night
- For 2 guests
- One 5-foot bed and one 4-foot bed (double bed)
Additional details
- Extra guest: 500 THB per person (no extra bed, no blanket, only towel provided, includes breakfast)
- Children under 5 years old: free of charge
- Children aged 6–10 years: 300 THB per child
- Guests aged 11 years and above: 500 THB per person
** Late check-out fee: 100 THB per hour. If check-out is later than 17:00, a full day charge will apply

Cancellation policy
- Cancellation notified 30 days before check-in: 100% refund of deposit
- Cancellation notified less than 30 days but not less than 15 days before check-in: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellation notified less than 15 days before check-in: no refund of deposit
Rescheduling policy
- Booking can be postponed once only, with at least 7 days’ advance notice before the original check-in date
- If notified less than 7 days in advance, changes or postponements are not allowed for any reason
- The new stay date must be within 3 months from the original check-in date
Pets are not allowed.

Pets of all kinds are not allowed
Noise must be kept down after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests
Swimming pool depth is 1.20 meters, open daily from 08:00–20:00
(Young children must be supervised by parents at all times)
BBQ grill rental service is available at 300 THB per set (please request upon arrival)
Food must be consumed only in designated dining areas
The use of electrical appliances or gas stoves for cooking is strictly prohibited
Fresh seafood is not allowed to be stored in guest room refrigerators; guests may request storage with the resort
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Violation penalty: 2,000 THB
