Details:
1. Adult fare: 600 THB/person
2. Children aged 0-4 years old can travel for free.
If a separate seat is required for a child, a regular fare will be charged.
3. Valid from : 1 OCT 2025 - 31 MAY 2026
Note : The local shuttle (songthaew) will begin picking up guests from various resorts approximately 90 minutes before the boat departure time.
Please wait at the lobby during this period. The shuttle makes stops at multiple resorts in the same area, so its arrival time at your resort may be earlier or later depending on the distance and the number of guests traveling on that day.
Change and Cancellation Policy :
- Passengers can change the travel date and time only once per booking, and the new travel date must be
within 90 days from the original departure date.
- Any change request must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before departure, 50% of the ticket price will be refunded.
- If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before departure, no refund will be provided.
1. Book your trip at least 12 hours before trip.
2. Passengers must check in at least 60 minutes before departure. If check-in is not on time or in case of missing the boat, the company reserves the right not to refund the travel fee.
3. Passengers can bring up to 20 kg of luggage per person. *Excess baggage fee 20 THB per 1 kg.*

- Cats or Dogs weighing no more 30 kg. can board boat. 1 Passenger per 1 Pet only
- Weight less than 5 kg. can bring pets to boat by bringing their own standard cage. Can stay inside boat.
- Only 1 Pet per Cage is allowed, with payment of pet fee
- Pets without cage, passengers shall take care and tie chains or leash ropes throughout the trip.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage to other passengers or their belongings caused by pets.

Connecting Flights Notice – Suvarnabhumi Route
For passengers with connecting flights, it is strongly recommended to schedule your onward flight with at least a 5-hour buffer after the estimated arrival time of the company’s bus/shuttle service.
Please note that all travel times provided are approximate and not guaranteed. Travel duration may vary due to factors beyond the company’s control.
The company will not be held responsible for missed flights, missed connections, or any additional expenses incurred due to travel delays.
Possible Causes of Delay
Travel time may be affected by various factors, including but not limited to:
• Heavy traffic or congestion
• Road accidents
• Road construction or maintenance
• Adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, storms, flooding, etc.)
• Ferry/boat delays due to sea conditions
• Vehicle technical issues or unexpected vehicle changes
• Government checkpoints or security inspections
• High passenger volume during peak seasons or public holidays
• Unforeseen operational changes
Passengers are advised to plan their journey in advance and allow sufficient time for onward flights or connections.
