Details:
1. Adult fare: 600 THB/person
2. Children aged 0-4 years old can travel for free.
If a separate seat is required for a child, a regular fare will be charged.
3. Valid for travel until September 30, 2025.

1. Book your trip at least 12 hours before trip.
2. Passengers must check in at least 60 minutes before departure. If check-in is not on time or in case of missing the boat, the company reserves the right not to refund the travel fee.
3. Passengers can bring up to 20 kg of luggage per person. *Excess baggage fee 20 THB per 1 kg.*

Cancellation
- No show or Don't come up with the time specified on ticket, considered as waiver.
- Notified in advance more than 3 days or 72 hours before the travel date, will receive 50% refund.
- Cancellation after that there will be no refund.
Changing or Amendment
- Inform within 2 days before the departure time, new schedule of travel shall not exceed 90 days from original schedule. The change can be made twice.
- 1st times : without charge any processing fee.
- 2nd times : shall incur 30% charge from ticket price per person.
- If passengers are unable to travel due to force majeure, such as sudden illness, accident, etc., send proof of confirmation such as doctor's certificate to the branch where you have previous reservation, will change within 90 days.
- Passengers can change or modify their trip in accordance with clauses, but cannot cancel or refund the fare.
Note : For the faulty transaction, will refund within 15 business days.
- Cats or Dogs weighing no more 30 kg. can board boat. 1 Passenger per 1 Pet only
- Weight less than 5 kg. can bring pets to boat by bringing their own standard cage. Can stay inside boat.
- Only 1 Pet per Cage is allowed, with payment of pet fee
- Pets without cage, passengers shall take care and tie chains or leash ropes throughout the trip.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage to other passengers or their belongings caused by pets.

You can leave your car at Suea Dam Ko's parking area, with a parking fee of 50 THB per day.
