1. Please check the shop’s availability before purchasing the activity ticket.
2. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
3. Activity tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
4. You must reserve your date and time with Chillpainai staff before using the activity ticket.
5. Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by a guardian during the activity.
6. Each activity ticket is valid for a single use only and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
7. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes late for your booked session. If you arrive later, your session may be rescheduled to the next available slot.
