Notes
1. Please check the shop’s availability before purchasing the activity ticket.
2. Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
3. Activity tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
4. You must reserve your date and time with Chillpainai staff before using the activity ticket.
5. Children under 4 years old must be accompanied by a guardian during the activity.
6. Each activity ticket is valid for a single use only and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
7. Please arrive no more than 10 minutes late for your booked session. If you arrive later, your session may be rescheduled to the next available slot.

Inform your name or present the booking confirmation document received from Chillpainai at check-in and register for area usage at SlimeVille.
- Please check the available date and time of the store before purchasing the activity ticket.
- The booking system opens every Sunday at 08:00 PM for the sessions of the following week (Monday–Sunday).
- The activity ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
- Children under 4 years old must have a guardian assist with the activity at all times.
- The activity ticket can be used only once and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded in any case.
- Please arrive no later than 10–15 minutes after the reserved time. If you arrive later than this, the activity may be moved to the next available session with availability.
- The activity ticket is valid for 6 months from the purchase date.
- This activity ticket can only be used at the Central World branch.
