Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
For date changes requested before 12:00 PM on the service date, no additional fee will be charged.
- For date changes requested after 2:00 PM on the service date, an additional fee of 300 THB/person will be charged.
- Arriving after the scheduled meeting time at the pier will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
Note: If you would like a birthday cake, please specify your request in the note before making payment.

- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone
