Cancellation Policy
- No-show or cancellation on the travel date will be charged 100% of the total price.
- To cancel or change the travel date, please inform us at least 1–2 days in advance before the travel date.
- Changing the travel date on the travel date itself will incur a fee of 200 THB per person.
- As this is a special promotional price, if the customer misses the scheduled cruise, they may use the regular program instead. However, the difference between the promotional price and the regular price cannot be deducted from the regular price.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
