Cancellation Policy
- No-show or cancellation on the travel date: 100% of the total price will be charged.
- To cancel or change the travel date, please inform us at least 1–2 days in advance before the travel date.
- Changing the travel date on the travel date itself: 200 THB/person fee applies.
- As this is a special promotional price, if the customer misses the scheduled cruise, the ticket can be used for the normal program. However, the difference between the promotional price and the normal price cannot be deducted from the normal price.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Supakarn Shopping Center, Soi Charoen Nakhon 15A, Khlong Ton Sai Subdistrict, Khlong San District, Bangkok. Located opposite Sena Fest and only 700 meters from ICONSIAM. It takes approximately 5 minutes to walk from ICONSIAM to Supakarn Shopping Center.
- Parking is available for more than 500 cars. Free parking is available on floors G, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Located 200 meters from Sathorn Pier.
- Only 400 meters from Krung Thon Buri BTS Station.
- Seating zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked during certain periods. If your selected seating zone is unavailable, we will contact you via the contact information provided to inform you of the seating zone change.
