How to use

Our staff will contact you prior to the service. Please provide your name or present the booking confirmation received from Chillpainai at check-in.

Before you book

- Guests must inform the operator of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or other health limitations before making a reservation.
- The operator reserves the right to change the route, departure time, or cancel the trip if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
- Illegal drugs, weapons, and other prohibited items are strictly forbidden on board.
- Smoking inside the cabin is not allowed, and pets are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.
- The number of passengers must not exceed the limit stated in the booking confirmation.
- If you wish to extend the charter duration, please notify the staff in advance. Additional charges will apply.
- The charterer is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their accompanying guests.
- All passengers must submit a passenger list for insurance purposes prior to departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 2 days before departure: No refund
If the operator is unable to provide the service due to weather conditions or force majeure, guests may choose:
- Change to another yacht of similar size (subject to availability)
- Reschedule the trip
- Request a refund (in some cases, meal costs may be deducted)
Remarks
- In case of force majeure, the operator is not responsible for any damages incurred.
- If delays or cancellations occur after the service has started, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on unused service time only.
