Cancellation Policy
- No-show or cancellation on the travel date will be charged 100% of the total price.
To make changes to your booking, please inform us 1–2 days in advance before the travel date.
- Changing the travel date on the travel date itself will incur a fee of 200 THB per person.
- As this is a promotional ticket, it is non-refundable once booked.
- As this special price is valid only for Loy Krathong Day, if the customer is unable to travel on the specified date and time, the company allows the ticket to be used for the regular program instead. However, the promotional price will no longer apply, and the price difference must be paid at the regular rate (if applicable).
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
