Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
Note : Guests may choose the regular dinner cruise package instead of the Loy Krathong promotion; however, the special Loy Krathong benefits will not be included.

Cruising Time: 2 hours (7:30 PM – 9:30 PM)
Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
- Free parking for 2 hours, no stamp required
- Stamp the parking at the information counter of ICONSIAM, SOOKSIAM Zone on G floor, M floor, in front of ZARA store on 1st floor for free more 2 hours.
- Programs and Menus may be changed as appropriate.
- The boat departs on time. Please allow sufficient time for your travel.
- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone

- In case of no-show or cancellation on the travel date, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- In case of postponement, please notify 1 - 2 days in advance.
- In case of postponing the date, there is a service charge of 200 baht/person.
- As this is a special promotional offer, refunds are not available under any circumstances.

How to get to ICONSIAM by BTS Skytrain :
- Take the BTS Skytrain (Silom Line) to Krung Thon Buri Station Exit 3, then tranfer to BTS Skytrain (Gold Line) to Charoen Nakhon Station to ICONSIAM.
- Take the BTS Skytrain (Silom Line) to Saphan Taksin Station Exit 2, then walk to Sathorn Pier to take a ferry to ICONSIAM Pier.
