Upon arriving at the parking area, guests may change clothes and collect their snorkeling equipment and life jackets. Staff will then escort you to Seaview Pier, located approximately 1 kilometer away.

- In the event of a storm or monsoon that prevents the boat from departing for snorkeling, a full refund will be provided.
- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather and sea conditions.
- Guests who cannot swim or snorkel will be assisted, instructed, and accompanied in the water by our staff throughout the trip.
Complimentary transfer service to the pier is available for guests staying in the Samaesan area.

- If you wish to reschedule your trip, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is permitted once within 1 year.
- If you request a reschedule less than 14 days before the trip, the trip cannot be rescheduled, and the deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
- In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable in all cases, except when the operator determines that travel may be unsafe. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Itinerary
Activity 1
Take guests to a scenic viewpoint behind the island for photo opportunities on the boat.
Activity 2
Take guests by boat to Ko Rad, also known as Ko Juang. This shallow-water area is used for snorkeling instruction, where staff will teach guests how to use the snorkeling equipment and provide basic swimming and snorkeling guidance. Guests can also take photos with schools of fish or on a stand-up paddleboard (SUP). (If you would like a video to be recorded, please inform the staff on the boat.)
Activity 3
Take guests to the Clownfish Viewing Point to take underwater photos with clownfish. If time permits, guests will also visit Ko Juang Kluea to swim and admire the beautiful coral reefs before returning to the pier.
Remarks
Boats depart and return strictly according to the scheduled time. Please allow sufficient travel time in advance.
It is recommended to take seasickness medication at least 30 minutes before departure.
If you have any seafood allergies or other food allergies, please inform the staff in advance.
Guests who are unable to swim will be assisted, instructed, and accompanied in the water by our staff throughout the trip.
All activities are subject to weather and sea conditions to ensure the safety of all guests.
If you do not wish to have your photos or videos taken for publication on social media, please inform the staff before the activity begins.
