Villa 1-2 and Villa 3-4 are two adjacent villas. The back doors can be opened to connect both villas into a 4-bedroom villa.

Additional Charges
1. Early check-in / Late check-out is subject to room availability. Additional charge: 500 THB per hour
2. Pets are not allowed
3. If the number of guests exceeds 6 persons, an additional charge will apply: Adult 700 THB / Child 350 THB per person / Children aged 0–12 years old: 1 child stays free
4. Before check-out, please collect all garbage into the black trash bags provided. If you would like housekeeping to clean kitchen equipment, an additional cleaning fee of 300 THB will apply
5. In case of vomit, urine, or menstrual stains on the bedding, a cleaning fee of 1,000 THB per bedding set will be charged
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all villas. If cigarette butts or cigarette odors are found, a fine of 3,000 THB will be imposed
7. Visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted to enter the accommodation. In the event that the number of guests exceeds the number declared, the accommodation reserves the right to withhold the security deposit in all cases
8. A security deposit of 3,000 THB is required and will be refunded by 02:00 PM on the check-out date
Accommodation Details
1. Gambling and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation
2. The accommodation uses a Digital Door Lock system. A door access code will be provided before check-in, allowing guests to check in independently
3. Parking is available for 2 cars inside the accommodation. Additional vehicles may park along the public road, beachside area, or at the parking service point behind the accommodation
4. Please take care of your personal belongings. The accommodation will not be responsible for any loss or damage
5. In the event of damage to or loss of the accommodation’s property, compensation will be charged according to the actual value of the property
6. When using the swimming pool, please ensure the safety of yourself and your children. The accommodation only provides the lodging facility and shall not be held responsible for any property loss or personal safety issues
