Terms & Conditions

Airport Transfer Service

  1. Please make a reservation at least 48 hours prior to the service date.
  2. Booking will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.
  3. This rate applies to direct transfers between the specified pick-up and drop-off locations, with no route deviations or stopovers. Additional pick-up/drop-off points en route will incur extra charges per stop (if any).
  4. The service rate includes vehicle, 7% VAT, driver, fuel, parking fees, and toll/expressway fees. The rate is per vehicle (BKK Zone A–B). For Zone C, an additional charge of 300 THB per trip applies (as per attached details).
  5. For airport pick-up (per trip), waiting time is 90 minutes from the scheduled time. Overtime will be charged at 700 THB per hour, with a maximum waiting time of 3 hours.
    For non-airport pick-up (per trip, from accommodation), waiting time is 30 minutes from the scheduled time. Overtime will be charged at 700 THB per hour, with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours.
  6. The company reserves the right to charge additional fees for any services used beyond or outside the agreed scope.
  7. For any changes or cancellations, please notify at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to show up at the scheduled time will be considered a No Show, and the service will be forfeited with no refund, and deemed as completed.
  8. All terms and conditions are in accordance with AVIS Rent A Car policies. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  9. The company acts solely as a booking agent. In case of damage, injury, and/or loss, responsibility shall be in accordance with the terms of the service provider. Customers cannot claim compensation or any expenses from the company and must file claims directly with the service provider only.
