Airport Transfer Service Terms & Conditions

1. Please make a reservation at least 48 hours prior to the service date.

2. Bookings will be confirmed only after full payment has been received.

3. The transfer service is provided directly from the pickup point to the destination without detours or stopovers. Additional pickup or drop-off points will be charged at 400 THB per stop (if any).

4. The service rate includes vehicle service, 7% VAT, driver, fuel, parking fees, and expressway tolls. Rates are quoted per vehicle for BKK Zone A–B. For Zone C, an additional charge of 300 THB per trip applies (as detailed in the attached information).

5. For airport pickup service, the waiting time is up to 90 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time will be charged at 500 THB per hour, with a maximum waiting time of 3 hours.

6. For non-airport pickup service, the waiting time is up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting time will be charged at 500 THB per hour, with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours.

7. If the service exceeds or differs from the details originally provided to the company, additional charges may apply.

8. Any changes or cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to appear at the designated time will be considered a “No Show,” and the booking will be treated as completed with no refund provided.

9. All terms and conditions are subject to AVIS Rent A Car regulations. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

10. The company acts solely as a booking agent. In the event of damage, injury, and/or loss of opportunity, liability shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the vehicle service provider. Customers may not claim compensation or additional expenses from the company and must seek compensation directly from the service provider only.
