Check-in procedure: One person who made the booking can check in for the entire group.
Please present your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to exchange for cruise tickets or wristbands before boarding.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
- The food does not contain pork.
- Free parking for 3 hours. Please bring your parking ticket to be stamped at the registration point. After that, the parking fee is 40 THB per hour.
- The cruise departs on time. Please allow enough travel time.
- Seating zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked during certain periods. If your selected zone is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting the seating zone.
