- Travel dates can be postponed by notifying at least 3 days in advance of the originally booked travel date.
- When postponing the trip, customers must specify a new travel date in order to issue a new travel document.
- Postponement is allowed only once (free of charge).
- In cases where the new travel date falls on a public holiday or the ferry is fully booked, changes to the travel schedule will not be possible.
