How to use

Provide your name and present your booking confirmation to the staff when they pick you up at your hotel.

Before you book

- The schedule and itinerary may be changed without prior notice depending on daily weather conditions.
- Requests to change the travel date must be made at least 14 days in advance. Only one date change is permitted.
- This trip is not recommended for pregnant women, children under 1 year old, or individuals with health conditions or physical limitations.
- Please avoid bringing valuables or unnecessary belongings on the trip. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
- Recommended items to bring: Sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, and a camera.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

Requests Made Before 11:59 PM on the Day Before Departure
- Free cancellation.
- Free rescheduling.
Requests Made After Midnight on the Day Before Departure
- Cancellation is not permitted.
- Rescheduling is subject to a fee of THB 1,000.
In Case of Illness (A Medical Certificate Is Required)

For the sick passenger:

- Free cancellation or rescheduling.

For other accompanying passengers:
- Cancellation is not permitted.
- Rescheduling is subject to a fee of THB 1,000 per person.
In Case of an Accident (An Official Police Report Is Required)

For passengers named in the police report:

- Free cancellation or rescheduling.

For other accompanying passengers:
- Cancellation is not permitted.
- Rescheduling is subject to a fee of THB 1,000 per person.
No-Show Policy

- The company reserves the right to charge the full booking amount for no-shows.

Minimum Passenger Requirement

- The company reserves the right to cancel the trip if the number of passengers is fewer than 20.
