Cancellation Policy
- Bookings cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
The service date can be changed once. Please notify us 1–2 days before the service date.
- Changing the service date on the service date itself incurs a fee of 200 THB/person.
- Late arrival at the pier will be considered a No Show. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Check-in Instructions: Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
Note: If you would like a birthday cake, please specify it in the notes before making payment.

One guest may check in on behalf of the entire group. Please present your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to exchange it for your boarding ticket or wristband before proceeding to the pier.
- Supakarn Shopping Center is located on Charoen Nakhon Soi 15A, Khlong Ton Sai, Khlong San, Bangkok, opposite Sena Fest, and only 700 meters from ICONSIAM (approximately a 5-minute walk).
- Free parking is available with over 500 parking spaces on the Ground Floor (G) and Levels 1–5.
- Located approximately 200 meters from Sathorn Pier.
- Located approximately 400 meters from Krung Thon Buri BTS Station.
- Seating zones on the Chao Phraya River cruise may be fully booked during certain periods. If your selected seating zone is unavailable, we will contact you using the details you provided to arrange an alternative seating zone.
No transfer service is provided.
