Rescheduling Policy in Case of Emergency
- The travel date may be rescheduled once, provided that the request is made at least 7 days before the travel date.
Cancellation Policy Due to Severe Weather
- If the Meteorological Department announces severe weather conditions and prohibits boats from departing, the company will refund 100% of the deposit through the original payment channel.
- In case of normal rainfall (not heavy rain or rain occurring only in certain areas), the boat service can operate as usual. The company reserves the right to cancel the service and provide a 100% refund.
