Tent Policy

• Smoking is not allowed inside the tents.

• Pets are not permitted in the tents.

• Use of speakers inside the tents is prohibited to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.

• Each tent comes with a complimentary minibar including:

  • 2 bottles of water

  • 2 bananas

  • 2 apples

Activities and Services Policy

Vehicle Rental Policy

Motorbike, bicycle, and car rentals are available for staying guests:

• Motorbike: 300 THB/day

• Bicycle: 180 THB/day

• Car: 2,945 THB/day (maximum 4 passengers)

• Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times while riding.

• Full payment is required upon receiving the vehicle. No refunds for early return.

• Rental duration: 24 hours

• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

• In case of technical issues, our staff will be available to assist.

Activity Policy

Kayaking and Stand-Up Paddle Boarding (SUP) are complimentary for in-house guests.
For outside visitors, rental fees apply:

• Kayak rental: 355 THB/hour

• SUP rental: 355 THB/hour

• Snorkeling with guide: 355 THB/hour/person

• Snorkeling gear set (mask + fins): 240 THB/hour/person

Koh Kood Discovery Trip:

• Join-in Trip: 590 THB / 3 hours / person

• Private Trip: 2,945 THB / 3 hours / up to 10 people

Water activities are subject to weather conditions and equipment availability.
Life jackets and safety instructions are provided and must be worn at all times.
Guests must stay within the designated areas and follow safety guidelines.
Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult.
Guests are responsible for the care of equipment. Damaged or lost items may incur additional charges.

Beverage Policy

For General Guests:

Guests bringing alcoholic beverages into the restaurant, bar, event spaces, or beach area will be charged a corkage fee as follows:

• Wine or spirits: 900 THB per bottle + 10% service charge + 7% VAT

• Beer (bottle/can): 50 THB each + 10% service charge + 7% VAT

For Group Bookings:

• For the first 10 bottles (wine or spirits):
  900 THB per bottle + 10% service charge + 7% VAT

• From the 11th bottle onward:
  600 THB per bottle + 10% service charge + 7% VAT

• Beer: 50 THB per bottle/can + 10% service charge + 7% VAT

This policy applies to all types of alcoholic beverages consumed within the resort premises.
Service charges and VAT will be added on top of the corkage fees.
