How to use

Please inform your name and present the E-Voucher (E-VC) at the meeting point.

Before you book

On the arrival day, guests are required to arrive at Ratchaprapha Pier at 11:00 AM. The boat departs at 11:30 AM only. In case guests miss the scheduled boat, a private boat must be chartered at 1,900 THB per boat (one way).

Pickup & drop-off

Complimentary boat transfer from the pier is provided once per day, departing at 11:30 AM

Cancellation policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the arrival date
- In case of cancellation or reduction after the specified period, the resort reserves the right to withhold any refund in all cases
- Rescheduling is allowed once only, within 1 year, and must be notified at least 30 days prior to the travel date

Meet at the meeting point in front of Ratchaprapha Dam Municipal Pier. Board the boat and enjoy the breathtaking scenery of emerald-green waters and limestone mountains in Cheow Lan Lake, known as the “Guilin of Thailand.”

12:30 PM
Check in at Panvaree The Greenery. Enjoy a Southern Thai local lunch (Meal 1). Free time to relax at your leisure, such as kayaking or swimming.

5:00 PM
Evening sightseeing boat trip to enjoy the scenic views of the Guilin landscape. Learn about the history of the area before the dam was built, the submerged historical villages, the forests of Khao Sok National Park, and wildlife stories from a local guide.

6:30 PM
Dinner (Meal 2) served amid the natural atmosphere on the floating resort.

8:00 PM
Free time at leisure.

Morning boat trip to experience the peaceful natural atmosphere.
